The master suite and the guest master suite share a terrace with beautiful views towards the sea and golf course and have access to the roof top terrace featuring a seating area and a jacuzzi where one can really admire the scenery. This can also be accessed through the first floor.

The 2 remaining double bedrooms are located in the lower level and share a bathroom. Also on the lower level, there is a gymnasium with a cloakroom, a games room, a sauna and steam room, a cinema room with surround sound system and a laundry room which includes a washing machine and a dryer.

The property is complete with the exterior which includes a landscaped garden, an infinity swimming pool with an amazing view and spacious covered terraces with a BBQ to enjoy the al-fresco evenings.
