The Prime Energize is a new Hotel concept designed for those looking for optimum symbiosis between the comfort of accommodation and the energy of sport which is ideal for your golf holiday. if you are looking for a healthy break then this is the hotel for you, Prime Energize offer a varied selection of daily sport activities (yoga classes, Pilates, running and walking, stretching and other, included in the rooms rate), a Running Corner and a Bike Centre, as well as a personal trainer that will prepare a workout plan to suit your needs, bootcamps, detox and weight loss programs, among others.
